Reflecting on the journey of my book: Your Breath is Your Hope, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible support and encouragement I've received since it's launch. This book, which emerged from my personal experience of healing after a near fatal encounter with COVID-19, has resonated with many and has developed community together in a truly remarkable way.
